These terms govern your use of the K Smart Mobile Shop website and the products and services we provide. By using our website or buying from us, you agree to them.
Products & pricing
- Prices shown online are indicative and may differ by store, offer and availability. The price on your GST invoice is final.
- Product images and specifications are for reference; actual products follow the manufacturer’s specification.
- All products are subject to availability at the individual store.
Warranty
New devices carry the manufacturer’s India warranty. Certified renewed devices carry the warranty stated at purchase. Warranty claims follow the applicable brand or store process.
EMI & payments
EMI is provided by partner banks and financial institutions and is subject to their approval and terms. No-cost EMI applies to eligible tenures and cards as communicated at the time of purchase.
Exchange / trade-in
Exchange value is assessed at the store based on the condition of your device and is applied against your purchase. Valuation is at our reasonable discretion.
Returns
Returns and replacements follow the manufacturer’s policy and applicable law. Please retain your invoice and original packaging.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
